William O’Brien Finch, Jr.

William “Bill” Finch founded the firm in July of 2000. Bill left his former firm – in which he had been a partner for nearly two decades – in order to pursue his goal of opening up his own law firm concentrating in the areas of Personal Injury law and Workers’ Compensation.

Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude earning a B.S. with a dual emphasis in Business Administration and Finance from Susquehanna University in 1976. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1979.

Bill is a member of the following organizations:
Maryland State Bar Association
Carroll County Bar Association (former President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer)
Maryland Association for Justice (former President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyers’ Association)
Christian Legal Society

He is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, all Maryland State Courts, and is actively registered with the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.

Bill also serves as a Court appointed Settlement Officer in personal injury cases and workers’ compensation cases for the Circuit Court of Carroll County. He was also appointed by the governor to serve on the Trial Court Judicial Nomination Commission for District 8 (Carroll County) as appointed by the governor.

Born in Ft. Meade, Maryland in 1954, Bill currently resides with his wife and family in Westminster, Maryland. He attends church at Crossroads Community Church in Westminster.

 

 

LaRue G. Lennon

LaRue Lennon joined the firm as an associate in 2001. Her areas of practice include Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Guardianship, Mediation, Medical Assistance Planning and Probate.

LaRue received her B.A. in History from Frostburg University in 1971, graduating with honors. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore in 1981. She also received a M.Ed. from Frostburg University in 1975.

LaRue is an active member of the following organizations:
Maryland State Bar Association
Carroll County Bar Association
National Association of Elder Law Attorneys

LaRue is admitted to practice law in all Maryland State Courts, and is a Mediator with Community Mediation Maryland. She also serves as a council member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section.

Born in Hanover, Pennsylvania in 1948, LaRue currently resides with her husband in Westminster, Maryland. She is an active member of Covenant of Grace Presbyterian Church.

 

 

Sean O'Brien Finch

Sean Finch joined the firm as an associate in 2010. His areas of practice include Personal Injury Law and Workers’ Compensation.

Sean received a dual B.A. in Economics and Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2005. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and with membership in the Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon honor societies. Sean received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore in 2010. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and with membership in the Heuisler Honor Society.

Sean is an active member in the following organizations:

American Association for Justice
Maryland Association for Justice

Sean is admitted to practice law in all Maryland State Courts, and is actively registered with the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.
